Am I too full?
Idk why. Sahur just now. I ate a fistful of rice weh and rendang with telur but now, i feel like im full. em. did i eat too much? lol. anyway, another tips to get fit is dont sleep after sahur. You can sleep after one or two hour. and i heard that drinking 'air rendaman buah tamar' can make you full. okay. in Shaa Allah i will post a post about how to prepare the 'air rendaman buah tamar' In Shaa Allah. see you soon.
