okay. what i do to get fit this raya? I just eat food that contains not more than 1500 callories. And i just exercise 'naik turun tangga' 30 sets every day. i cut sugar. and i am really addicted to sugar right now. HAHAHAH. Pray for me. Okay. for yesterday. i ate a fistful of rice and ayam masak merah for sahur. and i ate a fistful of nasi tomato and 4 satay and half of triangle karipap. HAHAHHA.for sure, what i ate are not more than 1500 calories. to those who want to get fit this raya. come join me.
i plan to mix english and malay to my post but bat dont like it. LOL
